Order On order of the Court, the motion for immediate consideration is considered, and it is GRANTED. The application for leave to appeal is also considered, and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we VACATE the July 2, 1990 order of the Court of Appeals and REMAND this case to the Court of Appeals for consideration as on leave granted. The motions for leave to file briefs amicus curiae in this Court are also considered, and they are DENIED as moot.
